The Canadian Dental Association recommends a first visit before your child's first birthday, or no later than six months after the first tooth comes in.
We take it slow. The pediatric dentist looks at the gums and emerging teeth and answers parent questions. The visit is a friendly introduction to the team and the room. Cleaning or treatment is added only when it makes sense.
Every six months for most children, in line with the Canadian Dental Association. We may suggest a closer schedule based on family history or oral health.
We care for children from infants through 18 years of age. Pediatric dentistry training covers every stage of growth.
Our clinic is at 5-10 Meadowglen Drive in Whitby, Ontario. We serve families across Whitby, Brooklin, Oshawa, Ajax, and the surrounding Durham region.
Monday to Thursday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Friday is by appointment. Closed Saturday and Sunday.
